Our team has been involved in the property management industry since 1991. We manage a large portfolio of properties and our up to date systems ensure our ongoing capacity to achieve consistent growth, while maintaining top quality service.

Ann is the Licensee of First Avenue Property Management Ltd.

She has worked in the field of Residential Property Management since 1992 and her previous experience has seen her involved in both retail and commercial property management.

She is an Associate and an Accredited Property Manager of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Ann's strengths are her enthusiasm for people, and her desire to provide the best service possible.

Jill Sherry - Senior Property Manager
