Jean brings many years of wide-ranging experience in the property industry exceeing 12 years to First Avenue. She has been involved in Property Management, Administration and Sales.

Jean believes it is important to operate as a professional while maintaining a high level motivation and energy to the role of property manager.

 

Melissa has 6 years of experience in the New Zealand property industry. She is a property investor herself  and has been for over 10 years so she understands first hand what is important to owners in protecting their assets and rental income. Delivering a premium service is of great importance to Melissa and she is always keen to go the extra mile where necessary.
