WE ALWAYS:

• Conduct a full rental evaluation, to assess the best rental price for your property

• Extensively advertise your property to potential tenants online and in print. Visitors to our office have access to photographs of properties available to rent

• Require references and carry out online credit checks for every prospective tenant

• Carry out full and detailed inspections at the beginning of and at the end of each tenancy

• We inspect your property every 3 months (unless otherwise instructed)

• Collect your rent, follow up on any rental arrears, and if necessary initiate proceedings to terminate unsatisfactory tenancies

• Pay rental to you twice a month if required

NO CHARGE TO OWNERS FOR THESE SERVICES: 

• Listing on Trademe and www.firstavenue.co.nz until your property is tenanted
• Tenant interviews and reference verification
• We hold regular 'Open to Views' to assist with the letting of your property
• Photo books in our reception area detailing properties
• Free registration and Rental Lists for prospective tenants
• Representation at Mediation hearings (we do pass on application fees and courts costs, but we DO NOT charge for our attendance or time)

Property inspections are scheduled, regular and detailed. Maintenance and repairs are dealt with immediately within authority given. Detailed, regular, accurate financial management reporting is provided.
