Brian Langley

Brian joins First Avenue Property with a wealth of experience not only in real estate but in the local Christchurch business arena and wider community. Brian is a rare find; a true Cantabrian who was born, bred and educated in the region.

As a past owner/operator of a local Mitre 10 store for over 20 years, Brian is well known in the area and has a vast amount of local knowledge and contacts. Brian is a dedicated community and family man and has offered his services voluntarily on many occasions. As past President of the Papanui Rotary Club, Chairman of the Ron Proctor Environment Trust, Member of the Nurse Maude Hospice Support Force and Chairman of the Rotary Massed Children's Choir, Brian was awarded the Christchurch City Council's honour for services to the community. Brian also received an award from Rotary Inernational and Nurse Maude Hospice.
