Free Property Appraisal and Valuation

We have our finger on the pulse of Christchurch’s real estate market and specialise in free market value appraisals for the sale of your home.

Give us a call or complete the form below and we can help you determine the sale price of your home, and which method of sale will suit you best.

What to expect from our Christchurch market appraisals:

1.  First up, you answer a few general questions over the phone before we complete background research about your neighbourhood and recent nearby sale prices.

2.  You give us a tour of your home while we note any attractive value-adding features to consider when writing up your appraisal, back at the office.

3.  Over the following days we’ll put together a comprehensive property appraisal report, containing:

  • Our sale price recommendations.

  •  The method of sale we recommend you use.

  • Advice on marketing approaches we think will help you achieve your goals.

4.  We then like to have a meeting to present our appraisal report to you in person. If you’re flat out and can’t meet us, we’ll send your appraisal via email and follow up with a phone call to talk you through it.

We’ll also share some helpful info about our real estate services and how we can assist you with the successful sale of your home.

Give us a call or complete the form below now to book in your obligation-free appraisal.
